Many people have special days in the year on which they commemorate events or loved ones. Flowers on the altar of St. Thomas Church can fittingly mark the anniversary of a birth, baptism, confirmation, marriage or death, or may be used as an expression of joy of thanksgiving at any time. Anyone may give flowers to St. Thomas for any Sunday desired. In the past, our church family has had this opportunity, but it was the parishioner’s responsibility to contact a local florist to create and deliver the arrangements and the cost has continuously risen.

Our St. Thomas Flower Guild is excited to share a new offering to our parish! Our talented floral artists will acquire the flowers, create the arrangements, and have the information put in the Sunday bulletin for you for the nominal donation of $75 to the flower guild. All you need to do is contact Susan Tankard with your date and information and to make a monetary contribution ($75) to the St. Thomas Flower Guild. We hope you will consider this new opportunity as a way to honor or memorialize loved ones throughout the year.

We will still reserve Christmas and Easter for group thanksgivings. All other dates are open on a first come, first serve basis.

• Please contact Susan Tankard via text (252-943-7778) or email (susietank@gmail.com).
• Share with Susan the date, person(s) and occasion (anniversary, etc) to be noted. If you have a color scheme preference, please share that also. Susan will respond with a confirmation.
• Sent a check of $75 to the church office with Flower Guild Donation on the memo line.
